All Workamelion products are digital downloads, which means the second you purchase, you've got instant access. No waiting, no shipping, no lost packages. Just vibes and templates in your inbox.
Because of that, we can't offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. (You wouldn't return a haircut. Same energy.)
But here's what we will do:
If something's broken (a bad link, a file that won't open, a template that didn't match what was described) email us and we'll fix it. No drama, no runaround.
If you accidentally bought the wrong product, reach out within 48 hours and we'll figure it out together.
I built Workamelion because I actually care about VAs getting it together... not to take $9 from someone who had a bad experience. If something's off, just tell me.
